Resolving the mind-body conflict
The unacknowledged conflict between mind and body can not be ignored. It shows expression in many destructive ways:
- Chronic tension in your body or limited, painful movements
- Increasing anxiety, sleeplessness, depression and despair
- Diminishing your sex life – feelings of frustration or lack of desire, or manifest in damaging addictive patterns.
- Affecting your eating habits so no matter which diet you try, nothing ever works
…all of this leading to a feeling of being out of control! Or worse – that you are inherently broken. This is not the case – actually you have all the inner resources you need for healthy and responsible living!
What is so often missing is a clear and trusted communication between your mind and your body. Without that connection it is hard to know what you really need, how to take care of yourself, or to have the courage and strength to stand up against external pressures or cultural expectations.
I help people to resolve their mind-body conflicts by aligning the desires of their body with the will of their minds. This potent combination unlocks a level of freedom and enjoyment that allows you to achieve your health goals with ease.

Who am I?
I am an Osteopathic Practitioner who uses mind-body therapy techniques to achieve powerful and lasting results. I have recently moved from London UK to Victoria British Columbia and I am excited to share my skills with you.
I work with people who want more than a quick-fix of the current symptom – people who are ready to bring awareness to the habits, patterns, and reasons why the symptoms develop. I provide you with techniques and understanding to create a different life-experience. This does not have to be a long arduous journey or battle of willpower – in fact it can be one of increasing ease and enjoyment!
Humans are an integrated mind-body system, one which is geared towards minimising effort – it doesn’t matter how many years you walked a long, difficult path – once you find an easier and more enjoyable way, you don’t use anything else! Humans are also a creature of habit, and we can easily become stuck, limited and constrained by old patterns of thought and behaviour. All it takes is awareness and exploration to open up new possibilities.
This is what I provide in my therapeutic work, a safe place where you are listened to, cared for and supported. I use a combination of hands on bodywork, counselling, and movement practices. I will help you look at the whole mind-body-emotion picture of your life, and together we unlock new results.
